Justin Whitehair, Chief Executive Officer for BN Hospitality, is extremely passionate about the hospitality industry, striving upon the development of others, exceptional guest experience, and overall profitability. While driving an increased ADR to properties Justin is able to increase the Occupancy, overall increasing RevPAR and bottom line profits. He has held several positions over the years including Consultant, General Manager, Regional Manager, Director of Operations, and Chief Operation Officer. These opportunities have allowed Justin to gain vast skill sets in Operations, Sales and Marketing, Revenue Management, Service Excellence, and Renovation/Opening Project Management. He is very versed with Choice Hotels International, Hilton Hotels Corporation, InterContinental Hotels Group, & Marriott International. 

 

While serving as a General and Regional Manager he had the opportunity to serve on Choice Hotels Owners Council, representing Kentucky and Tennessee, for seven years as a Regional Advisory Board Member, and two years as a National Delegate. During this time Justin served as an advocate for Choice Hotel Owners and Operators, working with the brands on creating and implementing new standards, along with brand and service trainings.

 

Justin was born and raised in Hopkinsville, Kentucky and is very familiar with the surrounding areas. He currently serves as the Vice President for the Hopkinsville-Christian County Convention and Visitors Bureau, and President of the Pennyrile Area Hospitality Association. These organizations promotes sustainable growth and prosperity within the hotel, restaurant, attractions, agritourism, travel, and leisure industry throughout Hopkinsville, Christian County, and the Pennyrile Region of Kentucky.
